SALOMON UNDHOF's wines stem from the best vineyard terraces in Stein and Krems an der Donau. Kremstal, the surrounding wine region, is practically synonymous with an age-old wine culture. The symbiosis of loess and ancient stone soils with the Danube-influenced microclimate and old vineyard terraces yields the optimal growth conditions for aromatic, elegant white wines.

The 25 hectares of Salomon Undhof's vineyards are home to roughly equal parts traditional Riesling and Grüner Veltliner grapes, as well as a Gelber Traminer vineyard. Each of these wines reflects the distinctive microclimate of its greater environs.
